Divdend : interim dividend (not tax applicable) of US (cents) 0.47
final dividend of US (cents) 0.94
turnoverv 2006 : 75%
NTA : 6.82 US cents
EPS : 2.62 cents
In that case, calculated PE based on share price 0.22(Sing dollar) will be =
(0.22/1.5 exchange rate)/ 0.0262= 5.6
Total Div = (0.47 + 0.94 )/100 X 1.5 = 0.0215
Div Yield = base on share price sing dollar 0.22 ,
0.22 / 0.0215 = 10%
PE is 5.6 and div yield is 10% , .....
well this stock is good for long term indeed. Hope the business is continue to grow.
